Jennifer Ortega is a Certified Nia White Belt Instructor who has been teaching since January 2008. She found Nia three years ago where she discovered the joy and freedom Nia offers to every body. From that first class, Jennifer knew she needed to share her joy and passion of Nia to the world. Jenn teaches with athleticism, creativity, an active imagination and a whole lot of enthusiasm. When she is not teaching Nia, Jennifer is a full time model and actress and has found that the principles of Nia have brought her into a deeper understanding of herself and her body which she is able to weave into her profession.
