Janet Oglethorpe, PhD., is a White Belt Nia Instructor, who loves Nia for many reasons. "Perhaps my favorite is captured in an old video by the late John Belushi, entitled 'Don't Look Back in Anger'. John, standing in the snowy graveyard of the Not Ready For Prime Time Players, recalls his friends, all gone, and wonders why he, of all people, lived to a ripe old age. He answers his own question with a sly look and that famous arched eyebrow: 'because I'm a dancer'." Janet expresses, "I have come to know that we really do find health through movement, and Nia is hands down the most fun way to experience and foster fitness of body, mind, emotion and spirit that I've ever encountered. Sharing it through teaching is the best -- I hope you'll join me!!"
